Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software features.
- Ensure software is properly tested at scale before release.
- Work cross-functionally to meet business objectives.
- Compute and derive insights from large datasets.
- Own software products and features at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with product managers on project planning.
- Develop algorithms to improve data quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Seven years of experience as a Staff Software Engineer or related role.
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications at scale.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and derive insights from large datasets.
- Experience in developing noise-tolerant algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with efficient algorithm design.
- Experience collaborating with product managers on project scope and deliverables.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
