Base Salary
$208k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous operating system environments.
- Develop scripts and playbooks for automated HPC integration and system testing using Bash and Python.
- Execute performance, functional, redundancy, failover, and software characterization testing.
- Provide HPC tool product ownership, software sustainment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Configure and sustain VMware ESXi and virtualization environments, Docker-based containerization, and Ansible automation.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network and system performance while tracking and reporting issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with Fullscope Polygraph is required.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 8 years of relevant software integration experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, or 15 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Recent Linux CLI, Linux administration, and HPC multi-host/multi-instance experience.
- Recent Bash or Python scripting experience automating HPC system testing.
- Experience with VMware ESXi, virtualization, Docker, Ansible, GitLab CI, and Git.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network performance, monitoring, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Professional certification relevant to the field may substitute for one year of experience; experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile practices is desired.
