Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations from discovery through launch.
- Architect scalable, high-performance compensation models and translate plan designs into maintainable system configurations.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point, diagnose root causes, and develop reusable modeling patterns.
- Advise customer stakeholders on compensation architecture, trade-offs, edge cases, and best practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and resolve platform gaps.
- Shape modeling frameworks, reusable components, implementation standards, templates, and QA checklists.
- Mentor and guide consultants to improve technical and consultative delivery quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years designing and modeling complex incentive compensation plans in an ICM/SPM platform.
- Expert-level Excel modeling experience with large, complex datasets and strong understanding of data structures, calculations, and model hygiene.
- Experience leading SaaS implementations in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- Success working with multiple stakeholders and advising customers through technical and business trade-offs.
- Deep understanding of implementation best practices, solution architecture, and the full project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, curious, customer-focused, and deadline-management capabilities in ambiguous environments.
- Openness to AI-driven tooling and automation for modeling efficiency or data workflows.
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or other ICM/SPM platforms such as SAP Commissions, Xactly Incent, Varicent, or Anaplan is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora is preferred.
- Exposure to SQL or Python for structuring, organizing, and validating data is preferred.
- Background in financial operations, FP&A, accounting, systems implementation, solutions architecture or engineering, or technology consulting is preferred.
