Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade full-stack software applications and complex features.
- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Develop responsive, high-performing user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, and NgRx.
- Translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions with system engineers and stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, advanced debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues across multiple application layers.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and provide architectural and technical guidance.
- Drive unit testing, code quality, software validation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Use source control and development tools to maintain code integrity and support software delivery.
- Participate in technical planning and architectural discussions focused on application performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer with strong Microsoft technology expertise.
- Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, object-oriented programming, and REST API development.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server database design, query optimization, and performance-tuning experience.
- Extensive experience with Angular 20 or later, TypeScript, NgRx, and Web API development.
- Ability to independently deliver complete software features from requirements through deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills across interconnected modules and services.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven quality practices.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps Server, Azure DevOps Services, VSTS, Perforce, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and work in collaborative agile environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer-focused collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred experience includes Azure DevOps CI/CD and release management, cloud-native development, microservices, distributed applications, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and industrial, utility, energy, or regulated environments.
