Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of development lifecycle best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in enterprise content management environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience designing and configuring applications within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
