Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients using the GlobalLink product suite.
- Coordinate installations, configurations, upgrades, and implementations of new and existing technology products.
- Gather client requirements and craft and document technology solutions.
- Execute solutions through development, testing, QA, and launch.
- Assist clients with language-enabling their content management systems.
- Serve as an escalation point for client support issues.
- Coordinate tasks between clients and language services teams.
- Communicate client requirements, feature requests, and bugs to Product Management.
- Ensure launch deadlines are met and conduct appropriate risk analysis.
- Manage multiple clients at different stages of the implementation cycle in parallel.
- Lead GlobalLink integrations with machine translation, CMS, eCommerce, and marketing platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with web technologies, including web servers and application servers.
- Experience with Linux and MySQL or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with product management techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and effective time-management skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work as a motivated, self-directed technical professional.
