Responsibilities
- Build and enhance internal platform portals and dashboards using React or Angular.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices supporting platform workflows, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Contribute to PaaS offerings involving the Mashery and Mule API gateways and Kafka messaging systems.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments using Jenkins, Argo CD, and Argo Workflows.
- Write testable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and provide on-call support for platform services as needed.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development.
- Experience building web applications with React or Angular and knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go for backend service development, including REST API design and implementation.
- Experience with relational or document databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and containerized deployments, including tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience includes platform engineering, API gateways, messaging systems, observability, monitoring, production distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, and cloud-native patterns.
- Preferred exposure to AI/ML or GenAI tooling such as LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or operational workflow automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
