Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, reusable code using software engineering best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Design and build AI-powered product features using LLMs, machine learning, and agentic capabilities.
- Own software development from requirements and design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design extensible software that enables customers to customize product functionality.
- Help create new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
- Strong interest in JavaScript, the web platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Analytical and software design skills.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
