Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable, reusable software components with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Own features from design through delivery in collaboration with product managers.
- Build intuitive, extensible user experiences using modern front-end frameworks.
- Contribute to new products and features while enhancing existing capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows and develop functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Participate in design and code reviews and promote engineering quality, craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, and TestNG and with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model predictions, and inference consistency.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
