Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems tailored to project requirements or across the product lifecycle.
- Customize and configure BlueYonder Transportation Management solutions.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on software integration and key decisions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, influencing, advisory support, and cross-team solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience is required, including 15 years of experience with BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management is required.
- Strong expertise in software configuration and customization within transportation management systems is required.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and best practices is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, influencing, advisory, and team decision-making skills are required.
