Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic customers to understand business challenges and design, co-develop, debug, and deploy custom conversational AI agents and solutions.
- Write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and contribute to core product code to resolve critical customer issues.
- Create reusable tools, documentation, accelerators, and best practices based on customer engagements.
- Synthesize field insights to influence product strategy and identify feature gaps.
- Provide customers with technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- Experience with core generative AI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, and large vision models, along with text, image, video, or audio generation.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dialogflow, prompt development, model evaluation, and creative AI applications.
- Ability to work flexibly and resiliently in changing environments, take ownership, and respond to urgent customer or business issues.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
