Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Expert on Logs, CloudPrem, and Observability Pipelines.
- Guide large Enterprise customers on architecture choices and best practices.
- Design and validate hands-on, production-ready architectures.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize deployment patterns.
- Provide high-quality feedback to Product Management based on field experience.
- Capture customer use cases and publish Reference Architectures and Implementation Guides.
- Build training materials and documentation for technical teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure product success.
- Create proof of concepts and validate solutions through small-scale deployments.
- Engage with customers to address operational pain points and improve reliability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to understand and debug codebases and SDKs.
- Experience with programming languages like Python and/or Rust.
- Self-starter with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with strong consultative skills.
- Experience working with customers in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
