Base Salary
$115k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and systems analysis.
- Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
- Evaluate software assurance activities and software engineering planning across the system lifecycle.
- Review architecture and design for secure design principles and assess architectural decisions.
- Evaluate software build, release, and increment artifacts to identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Advise on Agile requirements development, architecture definition and decomposition, testing methodologies, and verification coverage.
- Lead teams, support client delivery, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- An active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in Agile software development is required.
- Experience with Agile methodology, requirements definition, Scrum, contract data requirements list creation and delivery, system documentation, customer support, and Scrum practices is required.
- Experience with point estimation, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, team leadership, client delivery, and stakeholder facilitation is required.
- DoD software assurance expertise is desired.
