Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across one to three AI delivery programs and guide solution design, quality, and delivery standards.
- Design and oversee agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows, LLM integrations, automation pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous decision systems.
- Guide AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic model deployment within SaaS platforms and ensure data readiness with Data Architects.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing Agentic AI demonstrations, support proposals and workshops, and advise senior stakeholders.
- Own AI governance standards covering fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, model accuracy, drift, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with enterprise, functional, product, data, and run-support teams to align AI solutions with broader architectures and transition models into production.
- Lead and mentor AI managers, data scientists, and analysts and enable professional services teams on AI concepts, prompt design, and agent orchestration.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging AI capabilities and contribute reusable assets, delivery accelerators, and whitepapers.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong proficiency in AI agents and workflow integration, AI and data solution architecture, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle from model design through deployment.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud AI tools such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT data preparation, data pipeline orchestration, AI/agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Haystack, and MLOps principles.
- Experience with enterprise process data in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain and with delivering technical AI demonstrations to client and business audiences.
