Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end frontend development for core crypto money movement experiences.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer journey latency, availability, and service level objectives.
- Build new user-facing features like contact management systems and real-time transaction status trackers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to prioritize and ship projects.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks to improve reliability for users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in React and React Native.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end in a high-scale environment.
- Experience owning service level objectives and driving improvements in user-facing flows.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a senior technical voice.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality.
