Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end frontend development for crypto send, receive, and transaction-status experiences across web and mobile.
- Drive measurable improvements in latency, availability, reliability, and SLOs for payment flows.
- Build user-facing features such as contact management systems and real-time transaction status trackers.
- Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship customer-focused projects.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks across payment flows.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide senior technical leadership on a mixed-level team.
- Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in React and React Native.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end in a high-scale environment.
- A track record of focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Experience owning SLOs and improving latency and availability for user-facing flows.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a senior technical voice.
