Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer issues related to e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and Document Compliance processing.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable technical solutions, using AI tools to accelerate diagnosis and resolution.
- Provide direct technical assistance through SAP’s Customer Service System, including ABAP debugging and configuration verification.
- Support customers using SAP S/4HANA on-premise and Private Cloud Edition.
- Extend internal and external knowledge bases to improve self-service resolution rates.
- Collaborate with Development and Product teams to improve solution coverage and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA on-premise or cloud.
- ABAP debugging skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience or exposure to financial, tax, or compliance processes such as e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, or VAT is advantageous.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to work with customers in real time.
- Prior experience in SAP Support, Consulting, or IT is preferred.
