Responsibilities

Assist with the design, configuration, and development of TIBCO EBX master data management solutions.
Implement and maintain data models, workflows, and user roles under guidance.
Develop basic Java code for validations, business rules, and UI customizations.
Provide AMS support by handling data steward requests, incidents, and stable production operations.
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
Maintain data quality and governance processes across systems.
Troubleshoot basic EBX issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
Gain exposure to REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration practices.
Continuously learn and adapt to enterprise MDM processes and functionalities.

3–5 years of experience in software or application development or data management.
Experience with Java for scripting and customizations.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of MDM concepts including golden records, data quality, and data governance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills.
TIBCO EBX certification or equivalent is nice to have.
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and deploying EBX on AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and data migration strategies is desirable.
