Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
- Translate functional requirements into technical design specifications and application architecture.
- Develop integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Perform unit testing, analyze complex system defects, and execute technical remediations for large-scale HCM modules.
- Write and optimize complex SQL statements and database objects for high-performance processing of large data sets.
- Collaborate with integrated product teams and technical leads to support delivery, cutover, and deployment.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically relevant field, or relevant experience is required.
- At least 7 years of PeopleSoft development experience and 10 years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications are required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or later is required.
- Deep proficiency with Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PS Query is required.
- Strong experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries is required.
- Experience drafting technical design specifications and test plans and performing unit testing is required.
- Experience with Fluid User Interface, Page and Field Configurator, and Approval Framework is required.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal environment is preferred.
- Experience developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services through Integration Broker is preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale defense or public-sector ERP implementations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and team communication skills are required.
