Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and troubleshoot SAP ABAP programs and software components.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP HANA database concepts and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and modularization within SAP ABAP.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
