Base Salary
$130k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build robust, enterprise-grade software solutions and products for financial markets data and infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, high-performance applications and services.
- Apply software architecture and system design expertise to complex engineering problems.
- Mentor and develop engineers while fostering technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment practices in cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, and automation for testing and deployment in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Curiosity about AI and interest in applying emerging technologies to software engineering problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Prior financial services or Big Tech experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack.
