Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese engineering teams.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly in Japanese.
- Manage technical requirements, clarify specifications, and align business processes with stakeholders.
- Drive maintenance, issue investigation, and system enhancement activities.
- Prepare technical documents and respond to client inquiries.
- Combine BrSE and project management responsibilities to support smooth project delivery and communication.
- Lead teams and manage client-facing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Business-level or native-level Japanese proficiency, with JLPT N2 or N1 stated.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE or in an equivalent role.
- Solid software development knowledge and practical experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
- Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English is a plus.
- Infrastructure or data-project experience is a plus.
