Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders.
- Own technical discovery and qualification to understand customer business objectives and pain points.
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
- Provide first-line technical responses throughout the sales cycle.
- Guide customers through evaluations and confirm that proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and Product teams, share market insights, and help shape the product roadmap.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving products and markets, travel as needed, and work flexible hours across the sales territory.
- Preferred: experience with APAC customers, especially Vietnam; industry knowledge in areas such as ICT, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods; independent RFI/RFP response experience; and experience with iPaaS, SaaS applications, or cloud infrastructure.
