Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing observability infrastructure for scalability and performance.
- Manage data pipelines and storage for reliable ingestion and processing of telemetry data.
- Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams to enhance autonomy in analysis.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the internal observability stack.
- Integrate observability frameworks into the broader platform architecture.
- Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Practical experience with observability tools and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with telemetry infrastructure tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with at least one programming language, like Golang or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
