Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, configuration, development, implementation, and support for the Digital Learning Salesforce platform.
- Own the Digital Learning Salesforce instance and research emerging Salesforce technologies, including Education Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop proof of concepts and changes for preproduction and production release, conduct peer reviews, and enforce release management and source control procedures.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security and governance, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and field-level security.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, model data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Salesforce performance.
- Develop documentation and testing plans, assist with User Acceptance Testing and release training, and provide platform troubleshooting and support.
- Collaborate with administrators, stakeholders, end users, campus partners, and external vendors to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Mentor and provide work direction to others while managing tasks, timelines, and multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or Sales and Service Cloud and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations, middleware tools, and ETL processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components, Agile/Scrum environments, and version control systems such as Git.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible Salesforce development experience preferred.
- Preferred experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, higher education, ETL technologies, Git-based Salesforce deployments, complex datasets, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Salesforce Administrator certification and additional certifications are preferred.
