Responsibilities
- Build a first-class machine learning platform managing the entire model lifecycle.
- Identify and generate features for multiple use cases and models.
- Develop and evaluate algorithms using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Perform low-level systems debugging and optimization on production clusters.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver solutions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in applied machine learning on production systems.
- Strong coding skills and software development experience, particularly in Spark, Python, and Java.
- Familiarity with real-time model evaluation and low latency constraints.
- Experience with distributed ML frameworks like Spark-MLlib and TensorFlow.
- Ability to work with large scale computing frameworks and data analysis systems.
- Ad tech background is a plus.
