Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Own software components and ensure they meet project quality and performance standards.
- Analyze recurring issues, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to process and tool improvements and help align software development with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing with IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Expert proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Advanced proficiency in custom application development, software design solutions, and software engineering is suggested.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
