Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation, throughout the software development process.
- Contribute actively to all phases of software engineering and involve customers in the development process.
- Provide technical leadership within project teams when needed.
- Share knowledge through training and internal knowledge-transfer activities.
- Build and develop sustainable customer relationships and actively shape collaboration with customers.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of frontend and backend development, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, VueJS, and React.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and develop trusted customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to project-team success.
- Fluent German at least at C1 level and very good English at least at B2 level.
