Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architecture and solution designs for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, architecture assurance, target-state recommendations, reusable patterns, and investment roadmaps.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, integration, documentation, validation, and risk mitigation activities.
- Enable delivery teams through frameworks, standards, automation recommendations, quality assurance, and technical support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, delivery, product, architecture, and client teams to align requirements and solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients, negotiate requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and delivery.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demonstrations, white papers, blogs, and points of view to support growth and thought leadership.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to interviews and architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, talent progression, performance reviews, diversity, attrition, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical architectural leadership across enterprise solutions, applications, infrastructure services, and technology ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and technology environments and define scalable, reliable, and manageable target-state solutions.
- Experience communicating architectural recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, standards, and roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams and present solution designs directly to clients.
- Capability to develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and industry perspectives.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team capability development.
- Completion of relevant training and certifications is expected.
