Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architecture initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Lead design sessions, technical discussions, and code reviews focused on quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor development staff and help teams deliver product features successfully.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, executive leadership, and development teams.
- Promote learning cultures, effective communication, continuous improvement, and successful technical outcomes.
- Translate AI innovation, automation, and LLM capabilities into business and engineering productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development and software development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Preferred understanding of security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Ability to provide architectural leadership, communicate with executive stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams.
