Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native microservices.
- Lead Aggregate Service application development from architecture and design through implementation and delivery.
- Build solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and full-stack engineering practices.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and conduct code and pull-request reviews.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps workflows.
- Support system integration testing and production deployments while troubleshooting application and environment issues.
- Provide operational support, including rotational on-call participation.
- Improve application performance, scalability, software quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot or full-stack application development.
- Experience designing and building scalable microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of AWS and serverless architectures.
- Experience with Camunda BPMN and workflow-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, containerization, and deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of test-driven development and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience contributing to architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Ability to support applications through deployment and production operations.
- Experience working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, plus Python, is advantageous.
