Responsibilities

  • Define configuration standards for network filtering, endpoint protection, and email security platforms.
  • Represent platform engineering at the Traffic Governance Board and translate governance decisions into engineering requirements and change specifications.
  • Define proxy- and email-layer DLP enforcement requirements and sensitivity-label flows.
  • Own MDM/MAM policy frameworks, including compliance baselines, enrolment standards, and conditional access requirements across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
  • Produce and maintain production-grade runbooks, configuration standards, platform documentation, and audit-ready SOCI records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on security platform engineering experience with direct ownership across gateway, endpoint protection, and email filtering security areas.
  • Experience defining configuration standards and translating governance decisions into engineering requirements, with a focus on policy ownership rather than platform administration.
  • Deep proxy expertise including URL filtering, SSL inspection, CASB integration, and proxy-layer DLP enforcement.
  • Experience owning EDR configuration standards for Windows and macOS, MDM/MAM policies, and DMARC enforcement across a multi-domain estate.
  • Ability to participate credibly in governance forums and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience in a SOCI-obligated or otherwise regulated environment is preferred.
