Responsibilities
- Own and maintain CI/CD platforms and software build systems.
- Design, administer, and optimize cloud environments across development, testing, staging, and production.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation for secure, repeatable deployments.
- Ensure platform availability, resilience, monitoring, and observability.
- Embed DevSecOps practices including secure configuration, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and pipeline security.
- Lead cloud governance initiatives including access control, network segmentation, and least-privilege implementation.
- Support customer deployments across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Contribute to ISO 27001 certification through security controls, risk assessments, governance, and documentation.
- Provide DevSecOps guidance, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and simplify build and deployment systems.
- Continuously improve platforms in line with DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity developments.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in a commercial environment.
- Advanced experience managing CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or equivalent.
- Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration; Docker and Kubernetes are highly regarded.
- Experience administering Linux systems and managing virtualization technologies.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices such as SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts including RBAC and least privilege.
- Experience with secure network configuration and cloud security controls.
- Experience supporting on-premise and hybrid deployments.
- Experience supporting ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks is highly regarded.
- Experience managing STM32 or embedded firmware build systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with C# and C++.
- Strong documentation and technical writing capability.
