Base Salary
$65k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance APIs, integrations, and data services for inventory, fulfillment, and order management.
- Translate business requirements into reliable, performant, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Drive application modernization, performance improvements, technical debt reduction, and architectural enhancements.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, product, operations, and business teams.
- Support observability, monitoring, security, and production readiness across solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot developing enterprise-scale backend applications and microservices.
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and scalable architectural patterns.
- Experience working within Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of secure coding, application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection principles.
- Exposure to retail, supply chain, warehouse management, inventory management, order processing, or fulfillment systems.
