Responsibilities
- Design and build technical solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, web services, and microservice architectures.
- Develop web services, REST APIs, and related application architectures.
- Work with relational, NoSQL, and flat-file data processing systems.
- Contribute to cloud services engineering, CI/CD pipelines, service monitoring, application testing, release management, and support activities.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers and peers and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of development experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and building technical solutions with Java technologies is required.
- Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, web services, relational databases, NoSQL databases, REST APIs, design patterns, and automated testing concepts is required or preferred as stated.
- Preferred experience includes Pivotal Cloud Foundry, GCP, JFrog, GitHub, Tekton or similar pipeline tools, Swagger, Dynatrace, Spring Security, SonarQube, Spring Cloud Data, OAuth, and cloud service monitoring.
- Experience in purchasing or automotive industries is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in deep technical discussions are required.
