Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze development requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and improve software functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Studio.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio and familiarity with related integration techniques and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
