Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate applications with existing business processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Improve application performance and user experience through testing and feedback.
- Document design specifications and development processes.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management is required.
- Experience with Workday US Time Tracking is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices.
- Experience integrating applications with existing business processes and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
