Responsibilities
- Solve complex architecture and business problems and develop extensible solutions.
- Write modular, functional, high-quality, and testable code for large-scale distributed applications.
- Design and develop greenfield systems using serverless computing and distributed NoSQL data stores.
- Formally mentor junior engineers in design, coding, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
