Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications using the Pega Platform.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize business process management applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Pega environment.
- Work on integration techniques and APIs connecting various systems.
- Monitor and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing business process management applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the Pega environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
