Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of the transfer system including customer onboarding, billing, and payments processing.
Collaborate with product, design, operations, partnership, and legal teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Identify and drive improvements in system quality and reliability.
Engage in hands-on development: write and review technical designs and code.
Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, inclusive team culture.

3-5 years of experience in payments, billing, invoicing, or financial infrastructure systems.
Proven track record of building and operating high-scale payment processing systems.
Strong proficiency in distributed system design and reliability engineering.
Experience in setting and maintaining engineering best practices.
Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Experience with modern payment rails and multi-rail payments architectures is a plus.
