Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integration with German governmental health services.
- Drive the integration of the national EHR into Doctolib.
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade fullstack solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to shape the architecture of the interoperability platform.
- Ensure privacy, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Own performance, observability, and reliability of the systems.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives for interoperability strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with fullstack expertise in Kotlin and React/TypeScript.
- Track record of building robust, end-to-end solutions.
- Ability to design systems and make architectural decisions.
- Understanding of best practices in software development life cycle.
- Curiosity and autonomy in problem-solving.
- Comfortable in complex technical environments with external dependencies.
- Eager to share knowledge and mentor team members.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
