Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise systems.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with other business applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to improve team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP PM with other business applications.
- Competence in performance optimization and code quality assurance.
