Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce solutions with attention to quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Commit code and metadata to Git repositories and use Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
- Write and maintain unit tests and support regression testing.
- Contribute to Salesforce integrations, APIs, data models, automation, and platform improvements.
- Share responsibility for validating teammates’ work and collaborate with a quality-focused counterpart.
- Support code reviews, peer collaboration, technical documentation, and troubleshooting of complex Salesforce issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform delivery, including Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Git repositories and Salesforce DevOps tools, including GitHub or Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, data models, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementation experience, CI/CD and automated Salesforce deployments, strong communication skills, and Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
