Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze embedded solution requirements and collaborate with colleagues and customers to define product requirements.
- Assist with product design and architecture development.
- Design, develop, maintain, enhance, and customize embedded solutions using C/C++.
- Investigate and resolve reported defects and perform systematic troubleshooting.
- Estimate tasks, provide project status, raise issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional work with firmware, electrical, mechanical, quality assurance, product, and customer-support teams.
- Prepare for and participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
- Evaluate interfaces between hardware and embedded solutions and assess system operational and performance requirements.
- Contribute to improved development processes, standards, tools, workflows, product quality, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 4–7+ years of related embedded firmware development or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–7+ years of embedded device development using object-oriented programming in C/C++.
- Experience with full-lifecycle development, including design, architecture, and implementation.
- Ability to use oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies, and related equipment effectively.
- Working knowledge of source code management and configuration and strong understanding of development processes and principles.
- Experience implementing security protocols and secure cryptographic techniques is highly desired.
- Embedded Linux experience is a plus.
- FPGA experience is a plus.
- Experience with USB and/or Ethernet devices is beneficial.
- Experience with DC and stepper motors is a major plus.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot logically, and learn new technologies quickly.
