Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of software test strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize test activities and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test suites and lead requirements-based software verification and validation.
- Mentor less experienced test engineers and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Develop, track, and present test metrics, progress updates, and quality reports to senior management.
- Lead root-cause analysis of test failures, coordinate resolutions, and evaluate new tools and practices for continuous improvement.
- Maintain traceability between test cases and requirements and represent the test team in meetings, audits, and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least three years with a master’s degree.
- At least three years of hands-on test automation experience, including designing, developing, and executing automated test suites.
- Expert-level Python proficiency, including architecting scalable frameworks, optimizing performance, and mentoring others.
- Demonstrated technical leadership through leading cross-functional teams, completing complex projects, mentoring others, and influencing technical direction.
- Preferred experience with behavior-driven development, Gherkin, test infrastructure design, Windows services, desktop applications, Jira, Jama Connect, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, medical device projects, Agile environments, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, SSDLC, PowerShell, C#, C++, HTTP, MQTT, tcpdump, Nmap, and Wireshark.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
