Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership, consulting, and advisory guidance to customers on IGA and Saviynt solutions.
- Architect, design, configure, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt Identity Governance solutions with critical applications and infrastructure.
- Develop solutions, designs, proofs of concept, implementations, and documentation for design and testing.
- Interact and coordinate with customers and address their functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide technical oversight and direction to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Train and develop engineers into Saviynt and IAM experts.
- Coordinate with product engineering to advocate for new product features.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- 14+ years of experience designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance products.
- Thorough knowledge of user lifecycle management, provisioning and reconciliation, auditing, reporting, user activity monitoring, access certification, segregation of duties, and cloud security.
- Direct customer interaction and management experience.
- Strong technical presentation, written, verbal communication, consulting, advisory, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and directories.
- Experience with RFP responses and proposals.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH are preferred.
- Saviynt or equivalent IGA product certification is preferred.
