Responsibilities
- Define and manage end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations.
- Design and govern Power Platform infrastructure, including environment setup and licensing.
- Establish and improve governance policies and usage best practices.
- Create and validate technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation guides.
- Lead and mentor development teams using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Review and validate functional and technical designs for alignment with best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural fixes and performance tuning.
- Drive Power Platform roadmap planning in coordination with Microsoft product updates.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT solution design and development.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Power Platform or low-code architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Strong hands-on experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Extensive experience with PowerShell, C#, or other programming languages for solution development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and senior-management presentation skills.
- Preferred experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 agents, Azure DevOps, Teams, SharePoint, and large-scale technical solution deployment.
- Preferred knowledge of Agile methodologies and interest in user experience, AI, and collaboration tools.
