Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions for enterprise healthcare platforms.
- Drive and contribute to architecture, solution design, technical feasibility, performance, and scalability decisions.
- Develop complex Java-based features, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, quality guidelines, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers through knowledge sharing, tech talks, workshops, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed environments.
- 7+ years of hands-on Java application development experience with modern Java ecosystem frameworks.
- 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing microservices and APIs.
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and Agile-based development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience is accepted.
- Preferred experience includes generative or agentic AI, healthcare or wellness, AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, NoSQL databases, NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, GraphQL Federation, and API Gateway patterns.
- Preferred candidates can create scalable technology roadmaps, learn emerging cloud and IT technologies, collaborate across organizational boundaries, and build strong relationships.
