Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable service architectures for AI-driven policy guidance, intelligent booking, and automated expense workflows.
- Deliver features across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
- Coach teammates through code reviews and design discussions and establish shared engineering best practices.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and improve system reliability and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
