Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and task alignment for engineering teams.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software systems integrating AI/ML capabilities.
- Architect multi-agent or agentic workflows for coordinated data collection and resource allocation.
- Lead engineers through mentorship, code reviews, and engineering standards for MLOps and production pipelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to convert customer requirements into AI/ML technical roadmaps.
- Oversee data acquisition, cleaning, and high-fidelity labeling for specialized collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in machine learning.
- At least 3 years leading teams from research or prototyping through production deployment.
- Proven experience developing computer vision models for object tracking, including CNNs or Transformers, and real-time video analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Python and a high-performance language such as C++, Rust, or Java.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for backend deployment.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
