Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead on custom application development.
- Contribute hands-on development across the People Systems app suite.
- Own Workday security role architecture and access governance.
- Build and maintain integrations between Workday and downstream systems.
- Manage Azure and application environments for testing and production.
- Partner with People Ops to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Security and Audit for compliance.
Requirements
- Experience serving as technical lead on a software project.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining software in production.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
- Experience working in a structured SDLC.
- Working knowledge of access governance or security role administration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity.
